Exercise Program

Because exercise is such an important component of weight loss, we design personalized exercise programs that cater to your specific skill level. For the active and inactive, we’ll create an exercise regimen that suits your physical ability and your lifestyle.

Food Guidelines

The Take It Off program provides you with simple and easy to follow food guidelines that don’t require drastic changes in your diet. With the Take It Off program you will learn how to balance your favorite treats with other nutritious foods, ultimately leading to the “calorie-in, calorie-out” balance that will allow you to shed pounds without feeling deprived.

Journaling

We provide you with a journal that you will review with your lifestyle coach weekly. By recording your food intake and your exercise, you are held accountable for your week and your coach will be able to point out things to work on. Coaches are fully versed and educated in the mechanics and science of weight loss, and they will share their knowledge with you along the way.

Education

Learn how to shop, prepare meals, how to eat out healthily, how to incorporate beverage selections into your diet, how to read food labels, how to eat on vacation, how to keep weight off and other valuable information that will lead to successful weight loss and maintenance for the rest of your life.
